SUNDAYS FOR KIDS
Nursery (Birth - Toddler): We believe that infants begin to learn about the love of God even in the Nursery. The Nursery provides a safe, loving, comfortable place for your child so that you can enjoy the worship services and the Sunday School hour. By meeting needs promptly, caring , sharing and lots of smiles, our nursery volunteers share God’s love and show these little ones that God’s House is truly a wonderful place to be! (If a childcare member needs to contact you during the service, your child’s assigned ID number will flash on the small monitors located in the front corners of the Family Life Center.)
Preschool (Age Two - Kindergarten): Each week, your child will be greeted by a qualified volunteer who will help to provide a fun, safe classroom environment for your child. We want our classrooms to be a place where children feel welcomed, valued and cared for while they learn who Jesus is and that He loves them.
Elementary (1st – 5th grade): We want to make this time the best hour of your child’s week by encouraging, challenging and equipping them to follow Jesus! Children are treated to age-appropriate lessons, Bible instruction, games and crafts. Our desire is to have church be a place where children want to be; a place where they can come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and grow in that relationship.
Children’s Church (Prekindergarten - 2nd grade): Children are dismissed from the worship services (8:30 and 11:00am) to gather together for Bible teaching through stories, media, games and fun activities. This is offered during the school year.

Please note: Our desire is to provide the safest and healthiest environment possible for the children in our care. Our staff of volunteers is a team of carefully screened adults and teens, who are regular attendees at Calvary Church. We have a check in/check out system for the very young children (birth – 3 years). Our nurseries and toys are cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis to ensure the cleanest environment possible.
